Homerton Physiotherapy & Sports Clinic is located within the purpose built Physiotherapy and Sports Medicine Department at the Homerton University Hospital. The clinic provides private evening and weekend appointments for a variety of joint and muscle conditions in both the non-athlete and athlete. The clinic is led by Dr. Peter Resteghini Consultant Physiotherapist and Musculoskeletal Sonographer.
The Homerton was the 2012 Olympic Hospital and Homerton Physiotherapy and Sports Clinic has a long history of providing a high level of East London Physiotherapy and Sports services. The clinic provides expert diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and injury prevention. Male or female, whether you are an elite athlete or a couch surfer, we provide physiotherapy for all areas of your life, from the office work station to the football pitch.
The clinic aims to provide patients with early assessment and intervention to help them recover from their problems and allow them to return to normal activities as soon as possible. From dealing with an acute muscle strain to treating chronic back ache, the Homerton Clinic aims to provide effective treatment and advise on avoidance of further recurrence.
The clinic was established in 2003 by Dr. Peter Resteghini who also leads the NHS Sports and Physiotherapy Service at the Homerton University Hospital (www.homerton.nhs.uk/sportsinjury).
